SiteVibes Is Now Officially BigCommerce Catalyst Certified

SiteVibes’ Reviews, Loyalty, and Email/SMS suite is now certified for BigCommerce Catalyst, giving merchants on BigCommerce’s next generation headless storefront a fully supported path to unified reviews, loyalty, and messaging.

CHICAGO, IL — SiteVibes, a B2B SaaS platform providing Reviews, Loyalty, and Email/SMS solutions for mid market and enterprise ecommerce brands, today announced that its BigCommerce app has achieved official Catalyst certification. The milestone confirms that SiteVibes meets BigCommerce’s technical and performance standards for Catalyst, the composable, React based storefront framework built on Next.js.

With this certification, merchants building or migrating to Catalyst storefronts can now deploy SiteVibes’ full product suite, including product and site reviews, loyalty and rewards programs, and Email/SMS marketing, without sacrificing the native performance and flexibility that Catalyst is designed to deliver.

Why This Matters for BigCommerce Merchants

Catalyst represents a shift in how BigCommerce merchants build storefronts, favoring headless, component based architecture over traditional theme based storefronts. That shift has historically created friction for third party apps that were built for Stencil and older BigCommerce storefront patterns. Achieving Catalyst certification means SiteVibes has done the integration work so merchants don’t have to.

  • Loyalty and rewards widgets that render natively within Catalyst storefronts, including points balances, tier status, and redemption flows
  • Consistent Email/SMS event syncing so campaign triggers, cart activity, and order events continue to flow reliably regardless of storefront architecture
  • Faster load times and improved Core Web Vitals, since components are built to take advantage of Catalyst’s performance model rather than working around it

Availability

Catalyst certification is available now for all SiteVibes customers on BigCommerce, including brands currently on Stencil storefronts who are planning a Catalyst migration. Existing SiteVibes customers do not need to take any action to prepare for a future migration. New and existing merchants building on Catalyst can enable SiteVibes directly through the BigCommerce App Marketplace.
