These SiteVibes.com Ratings & Reviews Submission Terms of Use (the “Terms” or the “Agreement”) govern the use of ratings and reviews (“Reviews”) submitted by You to Pink House Technologies, Inc. dba SiteVibes.com (“SiteVibes.com”, “we” or “us” or “our”). Please note that we may modify these Terms, so you should make sure to check this page from time to time.

BY SUBMITTING RATINGS AND REVIEWS  YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW.

1. Accuracy and Authenticity: You acknowledge and agree that any review or rating submitted by you is accurate, truthful, and reflects your genuine experience with the product or service being reviewed. You further agree that you are the sole author of the review and have not copied it from any other source.

2. Grant of Rights: By submitting a review or rating, you grant SiteVibes a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content of your review in any medium and for any purpose deemed appropriate by SiteVibes.

3. Moderation and Removal: SiteVibes reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any review or rating that violates these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations. This includes but is not limited to reviews containing false information, offensive language, personal attacks, or irrelevant content.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy: You agree not to include any personal or confidential information in your review, including but not limited to contact details, financial information, or any other sensitive data. SiteVibes is committed to protecting your privacy, and any personal information collected during the review submission process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Ownership Verification: SiteVibes may, at its discretion, request verification of ownership of the product or service being reviewed. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the removal of the review.

6. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the submission of reviews, including but not limited to copyright, defamation, and privacy laws. You further agree not to submit reviews that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold SiteVibes, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or any violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively resolved by the courts located in Chicago, Illinois.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SiteVibes regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and SiteVibes.
