Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Of course! In your account you will be able to modify your plan to one that fits your business needs.
How can I get the latest version?
You get the latest version automatically! As we develop new, awesome features, we deploy those directly to each account.
What is Monthly SiteVibes Impressions?
SiteVibes pricing is based on monthly impressions to the SiteVibes engine, or basically anytime a shopper sees a SiteVibes feature. Typically SiteVibes impressions are 30%-40% of total monthly impressions. For example, 1,000,000 monthly impressions would be 300,000 - 400,000 monthly SiteVibes Impressions.
Do I need to pay extra for social galleries?
Nope! All of the SiteVibes features, including shoppable social galleries and social sliders, are available with your paid plan.
Can I have more than one user?
Absolutely! Each plan has user limits that can have permissions assigned to each user.
Can I cancel my plan?
All plans can be cancelled at anytime. There are no long term contracts or commitments.
Where is SiteVibes product infrastructure hosted?
SiteVibes product infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States East region. We use other AWS services to ensure the performance and delivery of content to all users that interact with a page leveraging SiteVibes.
